Royal Mail x Parcel Force Training Animations
The Problem
Royal Mail and Parcelforce required a series of training animations to support warehouse managers and delivery teams.
The content needed to communicate operational processes clearly and consistently across a large workforce. Existing materials were text heavy and lacked visual engagement, making complex procedures harder to absorb.
The challenge was to translate detailed operational guidance into structured, accessible visual narratives.
The Resolution
A series of storyboard led animations was developed to clarify key processes and responsibilities.
I created the visual assets and detailed storyboards, defining composition, pacing and information hierarchy before handing the project to an animator for production. Each sequence was designed to simplify complex steps into clear, logical progressions, supported by consistent iconography and structured layouts.
The visual system prioritised clarity and legibility, ensuring the final animations could be easily understood across varied roles and environments.
The result is a cohesive training tool that improves comprehension while maintaining alignment with Royal Mail and Parcelforce brand standards.
